As you know we have been working on redecorating our Living Room! It is now time to choose some cushions for our white lounge suite! I need your help!!!! Here’s some inspiration
As you can see our colour scheme is aqua/blue, yellow and grey.
We need 4 large cushions, 4 smaller cushions that sit in front of the larger cushions and 3 lumbar cushions (a more rectangular shape) for the middle of the couch!
So what do you think? We would LOVE your feedback!
What goes with what? Should we also have some plain cushions? Should we have the same combo on each couch? HELP!!!!!

I hear you on the pillow picking! It’s so difficult! This is when my scrapbooking hat comes in handy. When you’re choosing patterns, you need to choose ones that have different weight, ie, small pattern, medium and large. If they all have the same size pattern, they all blend together and compete too much. I would definitely add a solid pillow in there to break it up, and perhaps select a fine pinstripe or spot. Of the ones you’ve selected, I really like all of them. Perhaps have 5 pillows on one lounge and 3 on another…2 large, 2 medium and 1 small/lumbar. I would be thinking about the colours more than matching prints on each lounge. eg. if you have two of the No.1 pillow on one lounge, have a pillow with the same yellow on the other lounge to balance it out. Have fun picking them out!
I like 4 but it throws yet another colour in there, might be too much with the three you have going in that room. I like 2 in large, 1 in medium and rectangle I like 3 to add stripe not another pattern. Definetly add some solid colour ones too. Love the aqua/yellow/grey combo!
No 5 has to be in there! I like the stripe one too
Personally I would leave out 5, love the stripe, maybe go for a textured block colour. Great cushions. I really need to update my cushions. Kids chuck them all over the floor though!
Ooh, I love doing this, I just recently bought cushions for my lounge suit. I would go #2 as the large, #1 as the small and definitely #5 as the lumba. I say ‘definitely’ 5, because it has similar patterns as 2 and a touch of yellow like 1. Xx
I’ve been planning to change my colour scheme to similar… I have the aqua blue going on and thought to update, that I’d add yellow and grey as well…. Great minds! Have had a lot of trouble finding cushions that I’m happy to pay for, so I look forward to seeing what you choose
